I have seen such, too, at the same version of BPCS and O/S.
It seems forme, that it happens,when the record ID in ILI is 'LZ'. In such
case the ORD570 creates ned record. By the way, frome the transaction T
also created new record.

Dear Guys,
I have spent much time finding ORD570 relative issues, and found
no one reported the similar issues with me. We are on BPCS V6.1.01 Mixed
Mode and O/S V4R5. when I pick confirm a non lot control items, ILI records
would always create a new record instead of update existing record, but no
problem with Lot control Item. Why?? How to solve it ?? I check relation
setting, and seems working. I suppose it is a little Bug in this version.
