Check your Sequence Numbers in ITH (TSEQ) and the last number (highest)
must be the same as the Last Sequence Number in the IIM file (ISEQ)

"SSA's BPCS ERP
System"
Dear All,
I am using BPCS V.6.1.0.2
I am currently making a program in VB that transfers the item master from
an Excel file.
I am posting the stuffs to the files IIM, IWI, ILI, CIC, and ITH. I also
posted the Opening Balance
for these items. My problem is
1. The items are okay in Item Master and it is available from Material
Status Inquiry. (On Hand
and Available Quantity are allright.) But the history doesn't show,
even if the warehouse and location is okay.
2. I tried to do adjustments to the item but it is not recorded in the
history.
3. I checked and queried the database in the AS/400 but they are all there.
4. Does anybody know what files or fields which can contribute to this
problem. Maybe I missed a file. But I don't think so since I am using a
trace program which tracks changes in the database before and after a
transaction in BPCS. So the 5 files I am using now is based on my program's
results.
Could anybody give me any suggestions?
