        I did contact the SSA helpline about this issue previously. My
understanding from their reply is that there is an additional CDE library
which sits on top of the CD REL02 library list. Not all CD programs are in
CDE, therefore all completed CD REL02 BMRs may not be required for CDE. 

        However I did see on OGS that there are many open CDE BMRs and it
has been quite a while since there was a completed CDE BMR.

        Are there any CDE installations out there who would care to comment.
