Advanced Systems and Products also provides a REAL Helpline solution to its
client base. Management has affirmed its decision to continue to provide
support to our BPCS clients regardless of the situation at SSA. Our clients
have been loyal to us over the years, and we will not abandon them when the
seas get stormy. Many vendors chose not to attend the SSA Conference which
concluded yesterday in Newport. We felt it was important to attend so our
clients continue to feel secure in the knowledge that someone truly cares
about their situation.

One point of interest from this conference: The new CEO of "SSA Global
Technology" indicated SSA may charge for source code to new clients.
