If you are comfortable remaining on BPCS but not comfortable with SSA tech
support, there is lots of competition for quality BPCS tech support ... not
all of which advertise this effectively on their web sites. Check out

http://www.nexgeninfo.com/helpdesk.htm
http://www.unbeatenpathintl.com/NoExcuses%20helpline%20BPCSASSET.html

These are two which DO advertise this effectively on their web sites, but
they do have a lot of competition for effective BPCS tech support.

Seems to me there places offer levels of quality tech support for BPCS that
SSA never offered, like having the tech dial into your system to observe the
problem, and having a data base on each customer so we do not have to repeat
a whole bunch of introductory specifications with each call. However, no one
tech support place has ALL the stuff that is needed, so you need to decide
what you cannot live without.

There is also having good documentation on BPCS, which is another thread
often discussed here ... check the archives.
