We have the same problem MacWheel referred to.  If anyone does maintenance
to an order in picked status, it will not confirm under either of these
programs.  The only way I have found to get around this is to do maintenance
to the order again, making sure the order is not on credit hold or
backorder, then run the confirmation again for that order.
