.  We had a situation where a customer service device had to be terminated
.  during order entry.  Apparently he had exceeded the allowable number of
.  lines for an order.  When we canceled the session the records in the work
.  files were stuck there.  Does anyone have any suggestions or how to's for
.  pulling those lines (over 900) from the work environment back
.  into ECL and
.  ECH?

.  If we cannot figure out a way for I.T. to resolve, we plan to beat the
.  customer service rep. and have him re-enter the 900 lines :-)
