I believe that ECH/ECHW and ECL/ECLW files have an almost identical structure -
ie most of the field names are the same.  I suppose one way to do it is via a
CPYF command, specifying *MAP *DROP parameters.

I suggest you make a copy of ECH and ECL to a different library and try the
CPYF command there first.

Also, make sure to clean up ECHW, ECLW as they may contain other unwanted
records.
