We have used Optio software since 1995 to geneate all of our shipping documents, invoices, etc. We are just setting up the A/P check printing after years of trying to break A/P from running pre-printed checks. The software works great and has improved over the years. We particularly like its new ability to do report distribution. At the time we bought it, it was the only product on the market that could map spool file data to a document as well as extract from the database. We were able to take most of the generic BPCS spool files and make really good looking forms from them. Cannot compare to others as Optio does everything we want and I have lost track of rest of market. Is the program any good? Is it better than EZPrint? Likes/Dislikes? Do they have a support presence in the West? Any feedback appreciated.
