We evaluated Optio and a competitor product from JetForm. I understand that
JetForm bought their product from a company which split from XPoint, so they
are similar. We chose JetForm by a narrow margin. It works well for our
P.O's and invoices. It also is reported to work well with the FastFax
product from Quadrant if you have the need to directly fax BPCS documents
from the AS/400.

Subject: Optio formally known as XPoint

Anybody ever used a forms generation program known as Optio (formally known
as XPoint) to create P.O.'s, Customer Invoices, Sales Order
Acknowledgements, or A/P Checks? Is the program any good? Is it better than
EZPrint? Likes/Dislikes? Do they have a support presence in the West?

Any feedback appreciated.
