We use Compleo all the time here (we've licensed it for all of our users -
check www.symtrax.com 310-337-9166). Downloading spool right into Word,
Excel or Notepad is just one click away.

sounds like you need to checkout Compleo.  I think it's www.symtrex.com or
www.symtrax.com....right now I'm winging it...:)
