Hi Gord.

The key here is in the file transfer process. With the
transfer pop up open, click on FILE, then Properties. From
the Conversions folder, check Convert CCSID 65535, then
click OK. That should do the trick.........

Hi Folks,
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Problem: I would like to transfer a PO spool file to my PC.

1) I've printed a PO and it is sitting in spool.
2) I created a physical file on the 400, using CRTPF.
3) I've copied the spool file to this 400 file, using
CPYSPLF.
4) I've viewed it on the 400 and all looks fine.
5) When I transfer it via Client Access/400, using option
as text file,
all I get appears to be HEX or EBCIDIC.

Any takers?
end

Best Regards,
Gord
