Hello Gord, If you are on a fairly new version of Client Access all you need to do is go to file API settings and check the dialog box DDE/EHLLAPI, your Hex should be converted to character data. If you are on an older version of Client Access you will need to change or create an INI file called CTBWFR.INI in your windows subdirectory. It should contain the following: [Client Access Data Transfer] ForceTranslation=1; TabsAreTabs=0; UseFieldNames=0; If you have problems let me know.
