We went from a 320 to a 530-2152 last October and we saw EVERYTHING speed up. The DOG SLOW nightly MRP went from 8 hours to under 4 ! As for SSA's help; we had performance problems on an F70 when we FIRST loaded BPCS "way back when" and we pointed the finger at them. Based on the sizing survey we had bumped our estimate UP from a D60 to the F70 to be "safe"(and they had estimated a D50 !). They questioned how we had our system setup ("questioned" being the nice word...) and had a "performance guru" dial in to check. He was in for 20-30 minutes or so and a few days latter, he sends us a report. It was ALL based on doing a Work With Active Jobs display (he included it in the report) and he DID NOT reset the screen !!!! He was working with TOTALLY false data for what we consider a normal time period...
