We have version 4.04 on a V3R7 RISC box and we get "Support" from SSA.
In fact, when we upgraded from CICS to RISC, we saw absolutly zero
performance gain Interactively (about 10% Batch)  -- which everybody
said can't happen. IBM and SSA both pointed to each other and said "Its
their fault" which didn't surprise me in the least. SSA just last month
committed to fixing the problem (We upgraded last December), so I guess
we are still supported (as SSA defines it)

I guess Attachmate and HP have ruined me in what to expect from Customer
Support operations...
