John   can you  tell us  exactly  what the  from to  CiSC/ RISC boxes are?
And What else happened?

Break even performance or degradation on a move to RISC is  unusual when
the guidelines are followed.  From your note it  seems SSA is, in  your
views, the responsibly party.
