Unfortunately the soap web service is a requirement from an outside vender.

We use REST for most of our web services and I really tried to get the vendor to use REST without any success.

I have used the IWS wizard and it is OK, but I have run into the problem that when I want to re-define the soap web service using the IWS wizard I am not able to change the soap web service definition but have to remove it and re-create it which produces a new (and different) WSDL and port number.
