That's what I do now, but was wondering how I could use the following type of statement:

c/EXEC SQL

c+  CREATE ALIAS MYLIB.MYMBR2_ALIAS FOR MYLIB.MYFILE (MBR2)

c/END-EXEC

 

where MBR2 is a variable, since I do not know what the specific member name will be (I read the member name from a file into a variable).
