I remember the days when you'd call in, they directed you to the team that
handles the specific application (ie, HTTP server, SSL, etc) and you'd
speak with the actual developers... that was amazing. Some of the stuff
they had you do to debug/trace/dump/etc was like "I had no idea what I just
did... or what I just sent you, but it worked!"
