I remember the days when you'd call in, they directed you to the team that
handles the specific application (ie, HTTP server, SSL, etc) and you'd
speak with the actual developers... that was amazing. Some of the stuff
they had you do to debug/trace/dump/etc was like "I had no idea what I just
did... or what I just sent you, but it worked!"

I open a lowly sev 3 ticket. I opened it during normal business hours
during the week. And yet I have to beg for attention from IBM and explain
why I am worthy of support and get told this: "Can you please identify the
impact of this issue to your production environment.".
This is a bunch of crap!
