I am frankly surprised that there is an issue with rounding, because
in this day and age, that should be a solvable problem. Not
necessarily easy, but solvable. If something is rounding differently
than you expect, you can usually figure out what it is that they're
doing, even if you don't agree with their choices. And then you can
compensate, at least enough to prevent letters from being cut off, as
Darren described.

But, it is what it is. This is Yet Another Reason I tend to avoid font
scaling if at all possible, in any application, not just ACS. But ACS
has been, and apparently continues to be, especially bad at it. And
IBM even recommends: If your arm hurts when you do that, don't do
that! So there you go.
