Sue, you mean that when using SAS Libraries (like a TS2900 or 3100) thru
VIOS only the tape is visible, right? Because if i use direct attach i can
use the media changer without problems (i try to clarify this point since i
spent a good while searching for that specific fact).

No, SAS is as a tape device not a tape library.
