SNDPTFORD with generics

fixed

SNDPTFORD supports some generics. This makes it nice to put a job
schedule entry on there to download groups and cumes and know that it can
run for years, even after release upgrades.
*CUMPKG
*HIPERGRP
*DB2GRP
*BRSGRP
*JVAGRP
*HTTPGRP
*PFRGRP

The issue I have with this is that suppose you come out with a new OS,
like 7.2, and there is no group yet for BRMS or Java, what happens?
It errors out. Hard halt. They know what the group PTF number will be.
You can easily figure that out by RTVCMDSRC because *JVAGRP will get
translated into that number.
