Someone mentioned 36E as a possible factor. We run 36E so I ran a couple of
tests by copying some lower-case text.
When signed on as a "regular" user, it pasted as all caps.
When signed on as QSECOFR, it pasted as lower case.
In display files if the field is defined as all caps, it pasted as all caps.
In display files if the field is defined as lower case allowed, it pasted as
lower case.
