Here's another thought. If the PTF to get a D IPL restore to work just
came out on the latest cume and you're doing a save before applying that
cume does that mean even if you perm apply the existing PTF's, do a save,
then apply the cume; that you may have issues since the critical ptf isn't
there yet?
