Let me disagree a little about this... There are enough items regarding
changes in the Memo to Users for 7.1 that could do this a somewhat
dangerous proposal. For instance, some SQL conditions that didn't generate
any warning or error messages before do so now under 7.1 . Some of the SQL
catalog files have changed, there are changes for multi-threaded programs,
AnyNet is not longer supported, etc.
