If you have a HMC, you should use HMC managed FSP updates. Otherwise,
the FSP might be updated to a level your HMC can't handle, and that
would be very bad.

Use the following procedure when installing PTFs:

Do a Save 21.
Shutdown System
Upgrade FSP
Start System
Install PTFs
reIPL System to activate PTFs
