True, but you'd also think it wouldn't be that hard to just make to the
command work properly so we weren't all re-inventing the wheel.

What's the point of having a *native* command where, every time someone asks
how to use it for its intended purpose, the advice is "write your own
program" or use this alternative - for something as basic as a .csv file ?

about someone having trouble with getting CPYTOIMPF to do exactly what
they want. It just doesn't seem like it's that difficult to write your
own that WILL do what you want, or to grab a freebie from somewhere.
