You could use PDM and filter on them, then use 4 on the first one and hit F13 to repeat the option. This might be OK for getting rid of old ones.

But you really should set up automatic deletion - it's the CLEANUP menu. Let the system take care of you. You will likely need to delete old ones that have not been automagically deleted already.
