Roger, I appreciate that....I know where the mapping tool is, but I have
been unable to actually specify the physical file on the 400 that we are
going to use.....that is the issue I have.....

Doug,

Our Shipping department is across the plant and it is almost quitting
time. It has been years since I used it, but there is a mapping tool
that is quite easy to use once you find the menu path. If you look at
the help contents for import and/or export, it should tell you how to
find the utility. If you still can't find it, I'll walk back there
tomorrow and give you the menu path to the tool.

Doug,
We just set up our worldship system to send us the end of day processing
file.
You specifiy the FILE in the worldship application. within the ODBC
driver setup, you provide what user profile will be used, and what
LIBRARIES will be used.

We are getting ready to connect worldship to import and audit system i
data (well, it's on our project list anyway...)
