SO my original CL looks like this below

OBJ(('/dtmdir' *INCLUDE)) +
ENDOPT(*UNLOAD)) JOB(DIRSAVE)

Should it look like
CHGJOB: SBMJOB CHGJOB dftwait(2)
DIRSAVE: SBMJOB CMD(SAV DEV('/qsys.lib/tap03.devd') +
OBJ(('/dtmdir' *INCLUDE)) +
ENDOPT(*UNLOAD)) JOB(DIRSAVE)
