Re STRTCPSVR - not from the command line, from Navigator. No dice. I tried from the command line, too. No dice.

I'll try reinstalling AC3.

Argh. This scratch recovery _almost_ worked.

Looking at the history log, I'm seeing complaints that SSL Telnet can't start because either ac3 or DCM or DG1 are not installed. I'll uninstall and reinstall all three.

Bummer.
