Latest I've heard is that the ptf to fix it will be out in November.
There's something out now, but you do NOT want it.  It's basically for a 
small group of people that want to do some testing in advance of the new 
rules for next year.  Funky testing, because it involves a whole different 
process.  The test ptf creates new timezones and you have to change to 
those.

You think this will affect all of those people who don't apply ptf's 
because of the erroneous "if it ain't broke, don't fix it mentality"? Most 
of them probably never read the ptf cover letters to see if they do have 
something that is broke.
