RE: QTIMZON and 2007

Stay tuned on that one... It'll be a PTF, but I opened a can of worms a
couple weeks back by finding a supposed "test" PTF on a public PTF
listing and talking about it here.  Let's get through this coming
weekend first.  =)

As we go end the last US Daylight Saving Time under the current rules,
I'm wondering if the new rules for DST (second Sunday in March until
first Sunday in November) will be delivered by PTF, or if we have to
manually change the time zone descriptions?
