We use IBM's Infoprint Server.  Been working great.  They have the 
capability to send the email also.  However we just have it generate the 
pdf.  Then we use Dave Leland's SNDEMAIL.  The gent who set this up wanted 
the flexibility in that setup.  I forget the details.

Emailing statements and invoices






We are looking into emailing invoices and AR statements to our customers. 
It was tried in the past, and they had complaints that the customers 
couldn't open the document or it was gibberish. Do you typically use a 
software to handle this task?
What are some other pitfalls?
