Al, I think you read Dave's response wrong. When he said "if it appears under QINTER it's the address", he meant the problem is the address is set wrong. I think David's suggestion was right on. You do have a point that if they are running QCTLSBSD under QBASE their results may differ. Most of our genre using more than five 5250 sessions are. However a strictly Domino, or WAS, shop might not. (We're split about 50/50.) Our original twinax console had died last year and was replaced with another twinax terminal but was never set to address 0. A normal IPL found it plugged into port 0 but this one did not. If you do a normal IPL does the console show up under QINTER or QCTL? If QINTER I would say that it's the address.
