Doesn't seem to matter what kind of file.  I have right-clicked on .htm
.html .pdf .doc .xls .txt files and I always have options for code edit,
code browse, code compile, code compile (prompted), and code debug.  None of
which work.  And I have that grayed-out option like you.

I have that edit option there too.  But it doesn't work.
