in my sense : 1- You MUST inform top manager if you care about the future of the company 2- if you don't care .....you don't care !!!. But be sure that there are REALLY a BAD job being done and not only your opinion. It could cause a shakeup in the IT department and I would lose friends and the respect of former co-workers Has anyone tried informing top mgmt of problems upon exit of the company?
