We do not use OpCenter here, but we do use their Esend product and it is a
top notch software package.  I have also had to have some support issues
with them and their service is impeccable, my issue was resolved in a few
days.  Just some for you to keep in mind.  Support has to be of high
importance when you by a third party software package, because if you cannot
get an issue resolved in the minimum amount of time then you are not getting
your moneys worth on the software and your support dollars.
