Hey Carl, don't panic, that just comes with old age. <g> Actually it's far more likely you're "ignorant" because you've likely never had this opportunity before. I've never done this, and I did a short stint as a sys admin for a shop that had six AS/400s spread out in three countries. IIRC, PTFs are delivered as save files, and they are restored to QGPL, although there appear to be other "product" libraries that have QSI##### save files as well. In your case, I think you're looking for a save file named QSF45415. Sorry I can't be of more assistance with that. I haven't seen V3R7 for a very long time now, and I know of no one that currently has access to it. BTW, do you know if this PTF was on a cume tape?
