Technical interpretation please:
>From the special instructions as part of the cover letter for SI09498 I get
that, when applying SI09498, if SI09377 has not been applied/removed previously
then you DO need to do the special instructions noted in "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI09377".
Other intrepretation is that if SI09377 was never applied/removed then ignore
"SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI09377".
IE: In "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI09377" does "THIS PTF" mean
SI09498 or SI09377?

requires an IPL, no special consideration is necessary. If this
PTF is applied or removed "Immediate", this should be done in
restricted mode (apply the PTF from the system console after
ending all of the subsystems).
