ok - I Think you are right: there are damaged objects B900 is something from the OS already, but it doesn't come up.
You know how to do a "scratch install" from tape ?
I think so, Manual IPL from The D source with the system backup inserted. Once I get the DST menu, select "install operating system". This is one of the drawbacks of the AS400, one is just unable to get experience with such kind of things :-)
