Sorry that it took a while...
Not having any CD, 
I had to do a manual IPL from the D-side using the Systemsave on a QicTape.

I now have the "Install licenced Internal code" menu
and selected option 2 ( DST )

Here he asks for the DST user and password.
At the bottom of the screen there is the message :
"Cannot access user profiles - defaults are in effect"

Entering QSECOFR & 222222 gives "invalid password".


Any suggestions ?
