Re: Why some ptf's and not others?

I opened up a pmr via the internet with the following title "Do only MF 
ptfs for 5722999 apply during an abnormal IPL?".  So far it looks like the 
person assigned to the call can't see the forest through the trees.

Again, the pmr started with that question.  Supplied a lot of detail and 
ended with the question repeated.

So either they don't agree that only MF ptf's should apply, or they aren't 
aware of that limitation.  But, they haven't directly answered the 
question.
