I was going to assume that the reason that some ptf's applied and some 
didn't during that last abnormal IPL was because of the abnormal IPL.  But 
I thought I'd double check.
Some ptf's definitely applied.
>From the DSPLOG:

But they all look like ptf's for 5722999.

There is no mention in the DSPLOG, any job named SCPF, active or 
otherwise, about these ptf's
