None of the QPWDxxxx system values apply to DST/SST passwords. There are DST
settings in V5R1 and V5R2 that are used to control DST/SST passwords. See

(Password policies for service tools user IDs ) in the V5R2 Information Center
for details. (I do not know if this article is also in the V5R1 Information
Center.) When you use DES encryption for the DST/SST passwords it appears that
the maximum password length is 8 characters but using SHA encryption causes the
maximum length to be 128 characters.
