Yes, except on V5R1 it doesn't show error 6:

Message ID . . . . . . . . . : CPF4AB3
Message file . . . . . . . . : QCPFMSG
  Library . . . . . . . . . : QSYS

Message . . . . : Error changing DST profile. Reason code &1.
Cause . . . . . : Error occurred changing the DST profile due to one of
the

3 -- Requesting DST profile password will be disabled on the next
invalid
  attempt.
4 -- Requesting DST profile disabled.
5 -- New user password matches one of the previous passwords.
7 -- Duplicate DST profile specified for new DST profile.
9 -- Invalid DST profile specified for new DST profile.

Weird, huh? (Oh, and if you page down it just says "Other -- Unknown error
occurred.") And so, a 10-character password is invalid in SST. Very
strange. Or maybe the change in QPWDMAXLEN won't take effect for SST until
I IPL again.
