Message . . . . : Load form type '*STD' device RODPRINTER writer RODPRINTER.
   (G B I H R C)
Cause . . . . . : The file on output queue RODPRINTER in library QUSRSYS
requires form type '*STD' to be loaded on device RODPRINTER. The form type
for the file was all blanks when '' appears as the form type.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
G -- Begin processing the current file after loading the form type.

I -- Ignore the request to load the form type. Print the file on the
current formtype (same as option 0 on System/36).

My reply is obviously "G" and then it gets on HOLD. I do not get any VERIFY
ALIGNMENT message.

Your config looks fine. The only question I would have is the font 042,
but this may be differences between our countries.

When you first send a print to the printer, the 400 will send a message
to QSYSOPR asking you to load forms - usually *STD. Is there any
possibility that this message is being answered automatically with a 'H'
to hold the print???

Similarly, if you get a verify alignment message, is this being
automatically answered??
