RE: Experience vs College Degree

You have my deepest respect as a colleague in the midrange, Buck.  So you
should know I'm not deriding you in any sense.  You are obviously successful
in your career if you've been "here" since '78.  But I'm wondering, taking
in everything you wrote, what are the reasons that are keeping you from
getting your degree now?  (I'm thinking that your answer might be helpful to
Justin.  As in, not to get comfortable in thinking, "I can always get my
degree later".)
