Neither do I.

I have been in the IBM midrange arena since July 1978.
I always wished I had a degree.

It might have made a difference in my 'career'; I'll never know.

When I interview candidates here, I look very favourably on those who have
an education and even more highly on those who are getting an education in
addition to working. It shows that they are self-starters.

One thing is very certain. Regardless of the effects on your career, a
degree will improve YOU as a person. Learning how to research, write papers
and communicate your opinion clearly are all business skills in all too
short supply.

If you can't swing the full degree, seriously consider taking classes. Just
for you.
