I this is the case, you may be able to accomplish the same thing based on
the user ID by setting such things in the initial program for when they sign
on. (This would be in case there is not conflict with intervening code in
the interactive program.) If there is already a different initial program,
say INITPGMA, then call that program INITPGMA as the last step in the new
program.
